The Foundation Programme

HR Indexx adopts the design of a Foundation Programme based on The Best Practice Guide for Customer Service Professionals (Edwards, 2004), to provide individuals with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to become customer service professionals.

The Foundation Programme is an inspirational, tried and tested development programme delivered to groups of employees and managers. The most effective development occurs when there is a high level of interactivity in the programme, to ensure that imaginative, lively and interactive sessions can be delivered and to guarantee that positive action occurs back in the workplace.
