Ete Ambah (BSc MBA)

Ete Ambah the founder of HR Indexx is a Nigerian and has 11 years industry experience nine years of that, was primarily in the banking sector in Nigeria. Ete who has a background in psychology started her career in customer services at Ecobank Nigeria. She holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales Cardiff.

Prior to founding HR Indexx she carried out extensive research on recruitment and training needs in Nigeria and is in contact with many Nigerian communities based in the United Kingdom and the United States. Ete is thus able to leverage these relationships in achieving HR Indexx' objectives of filling positions in Nigerian/multinational companies in Nigeria with suitably qualifies Nigerians.

Ololade Ogunlusi (BA FCA)

Ololade Ogunlusi the Managing Director of HR Indexx is an accounting graduate from the University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom and a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

As a qualified auditor, she conducted various audits and provided financial and business advisory services to several companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing. telecoms, agricultural, pharmaceutical and textile sectors.

She also has several years of work experience in the banking sector, and one of her key tasks was at an executive level in the Bank handling the Customer Service and Business Process Engineering.

Asue Ighodalo (BSc LL.B Hons BL)

Asue graduated from the London School of Economics in 1984 with a degree in Political Science. He then attended the Nigerian Law School and has since been applying his knowledge of the law combined with economics to make him an astute business negotiator. He brings to HR Indexx over two decades of experience from the worlds of corporate and commercial law and from banking and finance practices.

Already a member of eight professional societies, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Commercial Law & Taxation Committee of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the London School of Economics, Asue is widely regarded as an ingenious and effective business strategist.

Victor Eburajolo (FCIPM, mni)

Victor graduated in Law from the University of Lagos in 1973 and from the Nigerian Law School in 1974. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS). Victor brings to HR Indexx almost thirty years of experience and multiple skills covering a broad range of disciplines.

Victor sits on many eminent boards including:

  • The Nigerian Employers' Consultative Association.
  • The National Productivity Order of Merit Award Panel.
  • The National Labour Advisory Council.
  • The Board of Afprint Nigeria Plc.
  • The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria.

He was a Director of the Board of Trustfund Pensions Plc and Chairman of the Nigeria Textile Manufacturers Association. He is currently the Group Deputy Managing Director of Kewalram Chanrai Group.

Doseke Akporiaye (BSc)

Doseke Akporiaye graduated from Manchester University in 1995 with a joint degree in Computer Science and Accounting. Doseke is a young and dynamic entrepreneur and a motivator for change. She brings to HR Indexx a strong background in technology, engineering, venture capitalism, restructuring and turnaround management.

She has helped transform and improve many companies through her initiative and forward-thinking business strategies. Working in diverse areas such as real estate, publishing, banking, pharmaceuticals and telecoms, Doseke has already built a reputation for delivering results in a wide range of business functions, including:

  • Project, strategic and business planning and management.
  • Change management.
  • Business conceptualisation.
  • Business visualisation assessments.
  • Strategy development and implementation.
