Mrs Ete Ambah
Founded HR Indexx in March 2002, A University of Ibadan Psychology graduate also holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Cardiff Business School, University of Cardiff, United Kingdom and cognate experience spanning over 20 years in the banking and human resource sectors.
Ete carried out extensive research on recruitment and training needs in Nigeria. With this information, she has been successful, through her international connections, in locating suitably qualified Nigerians for many national as well as multinational companies.
She has worked primarily in the banking sector in Nigeria. She is a certified on-line facilitator accredited by the University of Wolverhampton U.K. and has a levels A & B (Intermediate) Certification in Occupational Testing (SHL Certified). She is also a certified member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation U.K.
Ete’s passion is to motivate, mentor and train people to reach their true potential. This in turn, she believes, will always be reflected in business success for their organization, and will benefit Nigeria’s economy.
Mrs Ololade Ogunlusi
Managing Director of HR Indexx Limited, accounting graduate from the University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom and a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
As a qualified auditor, she conducted various audits, provided financial and business advisory services to several companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, telecoms, agricultural, pharmaceutical and textile sectors.
She also has over 25years of work experience in the banking sector, and one of her key tasks as an executive director- Operations was to handle the Customer Service and Business re- engineering.
Mrs Doseke Akporiaye
Graduated from the University of Manchester with a joint degree in Computer Science & Accounting She had initial consulting experience with Restral Consulting in the areas of design and facilitation of Strategic Management Projects, such as:
¬ Business Diagnostic.
¬ Business Idea/Concept Generation including business plan development.
¬ Visioning process.
¬ Industry Analysis.
¬ Implementation process at the corporate, business unit & functional management levels
She has participated in various consulting assignments which include The Hay Group Job Evaluation Programme, The Due Process of bank mergers, Training Needs Analysis for various governments including Delta State Government, Ekiti State Government and Ondo State Government. She is also a member of faculty on the University of Ibadan / CMD collaboration on the implementation of an Executive MBA program.
